Pre-Order Information

Target release dates of a pre-order product are listed on the item description. These dates reflect the estimated date we will receive stock.

In the event there are any delays in receiving the product from our distributor we will provide you with a newly estimated delivery date ASAP.

In the rare chance we’re unable to fulfil your order, due to the unavailability of stock from our distributors, we’ll gladly provide you the choice of a full refund, or store credit and a 10% discount for your next purchase.

We will never take more pre-orders on products than what we have ordered, and we will do our absolute best to ensure your pre-ordered game arrives ASAP.

For all of our pre-orders, payment is required in full through our checkout system.

Pre-orders can be cancelled up to 1 week prior to Boardom Games receiving the product from our distributor and you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price. To cancel your pre-order, simply contact us within this period.
